handshakeI have a distinct approach to my commission structure... I believe it should be FAIR. As with everything else we buy, we expect value for our hard earned dollar. As such, I believe that my commission should not be set on some pre-determined or "traditional" percentage, but rather, should correlate directly to how much effort and time it will take me to achieve the goal of selling your home.

At our initial meeting we will discuss your home, your goals, your situation, and your timing. From this I will outline a commission that will work for BOTH of us as we work to reach your goal.
